SUPER SUNDAY football is back in October, and we have a truly exciting lined up this week.

Spain La Liga
Sevilla to beat Elche @ 2.00 (Ladbrokes) – 2.5 points

Sevilla head into this game against Elche in hot form looking to push on towards the top of the table, with a win taking them provisionally into 2nd spot ahead of Real Madrid tonight.

Sevilla had drawn one other game this campaign which was an early draw in the first game against Valencia and went on a winning run since then. Sevilla has only lost one game against Atletico Madrid which was a game that they would like to forget because their performance throughout that game as absolutely diabolical. Since then they have re-emerged with a 4-1 thrashing of Deportivo 2 weeks ago; and that should stand them in good stead in this game against Elche.

Carlos Bacca has been extremely instrumental in Sevilla’s in a strong performance early this season, netting 5 goals already. He has had strong support from Stefan M’Bia, Vidal and Duelofeu in the attacking front.

Elche have been struggling this campaign, just managed one victory in their opening 7 games, which came against Vallecano in a later victory. Defensively they have been absolutely poor leading 16 goals in 7 games, and with Sevilla in goal-scoring form, I expect them to concede a few tonight.

Sevilla to win this one by a couple of goals.

Valencia to beat Deportivo @ 1.93 (Betfair) – 2.5 points

Deportivo are absolutely struggling, bottom of the table, with just a solitary victory in their opening 7 games and now tasted losses in their last 4 games including a 8-2 thrashing by Real Madrid. Last time around before the international break, they got smashed 4-1 by Sevilla and will now take on Valencia who are a team playing in similar vain of form and looking to over-take Real Madrid on the table tonight.

Valencia area well led by hit-man Paco Alcacer who has netted 4 goals this season and he has got some awesome support from the likes of Parejo, Piatti and Gomes that has seen Valencia been the 3rd best attacking team in La Liga after Real Madrid and Barcelona with 17 goals. The confidence that has been instilled in this team can be seen on how well they have held the defensive line conceding only 4 goals this campaign. The togetherness between them to not concede goals, push on for victories and not lose a single game this campaign can be seen in the 3rd place success that the team is enjoying currently.

Valencia should continue their confident form and win this game today.

French Ligue 1
Marseille to beat Toulouse @ 1.70 (Betfair) – 2.5 points

England Premier League
Liverpool v QPR – Over 2.5 goals @ 1.78 (Betfair) – 2.5 points
