Man Utd v Everton – Over 2.5 goals & BTTS @ 1.95 (Bet365) – 2.5 points

Manchester United and Everton take on each other in this game looking at each other for points as Man Utd sit in 10th and Everton in 17th.

Everton make the trip to Old Trafford after getting in late Friday morning after their Europa League encounter in Russia; and will be a bit exhausted. This will definitely leave them vulnerable on the defensive end especailly with Jagielka, Stones, Baines and Howard playing the full 90 minutes on Thursday night. On the offensive end Everton have been struggling and not gone off to their smoothest best, but somehow always manage to find the back of the net in their games. Everton did the double over Manchester last year; and will be looking to that confidence to take them up for goals in this one, with Lukaku, Mirallas & Naismith likely to be among the scorers.

Manchester United are now an offensive powerhouse with the number of additions they have added. However their captain Wayne Rooney will be missing from this encounter with a 3 game suspension, which will result in Falcao and Van Persie starting up front. Goals have been available in all of United’s games post the transfer window with 4, 8 and 3 goals coming in each of those respectively. United have been struggling defensively and have already leaked 9 goals in 6 games so far, which is an average of one goal per game. With young defenders such as Blackett, McNair, Jones, Smalling still developing; there is every likelihood that they will concede.

The best pick looking at both of these attacking and free flowing teams is over 2.5 goals and Both to Score.

West Ham to beat QPR @ 1.96 (Betfair) – 3 points
West Ham to beat QPR @ 1.96 (Betfair) – 2 points (#INPLAYMAGIC)

West Ham take on QPR in a London Derby with both teams struggling in the bottom 4 spot in the league. QPR have arguably been the worst team of the league, and look extremely strong relegation candidates having picked up just 4 points in 6 games so far. They have struggled mainly on the offensive end, with only Charlie Austin offering a few opportunities for goals up front. Defensively they rely on old veterans in Rio Ferdinand and Richard Dunne who are extremely slow and vulnerable to the counter attack threat posed by West Ham.

The Hammers have reinvigorated their side with some great transfers in the summer. The addition of Sakho; Valencia, Amalfitano and Alex Song have really added a threat to them with some quick pace and smooth flowing football. This is completely different from the hard working, size and strength working strategy that Sam Allardyce is accustomed to. They gave Manchester United a big scare last week, and put in a superb shift with a 2-2 draw against Hull City the week before. With Downing playing in the hole in the last few weeks, it has given him the license to roam and create opportunities to be among West Ham’s better players this season.

The Hammers have won 2 out of the last 3 meetings between the 2 sides, and look great odds to repeat that feat against a struggling QPR who are not the best when it comes to playing away from home.

Italy Serie A
Udinese to beat Cesena @ 2.00 (Betfair) – 1.5 points (#INPLAYMAGIC)
